2007 Lions Varsity Football Team Recognized LIVINGSTON, January 13, 2008 – The 2007 Livingston Lions varsity football team was recognized today at Central Baptist Church in Livingston.
Head coach Randy Rowe spoke to the team, their families, and the entire congregation and delivered a speech talking about winning and what really counts in life. In his speech, Rowe also praised the players for being excellent representatives of our community.
The 2007 Lions had a remarkable season in which they made it into the state 4a playoffs and advanced to the 3rd round. The 2007 Lions are also the first Lions Varsity team to ever win 10 games. After coach Rowe’s speech, the players, coaches, and their families were treated to a barbecue luncheon at the Central Baptist Family Center. There was plenty of food to go round and a fabulous time was had by all. Click on photo to view larger image. Congratulations to the 2007 Livingston Lions Varsity Football Team!
